HOW DO I....
OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
Patients requiring repeats of their prescriptions should place a note of their requirements in the repeat prescription box in the surgery waiting room. Please use the computer-type form provided if possible. The housebound and the elderly may telephone their requests. The signed prescriptions should be ready by 4.00pm the following day.
If your treatment has been changed by the hospital, please let us have your outpatient letter if you have one, so that we can update your records. Please enclose an SAE if you would like the script to be posted to you.
Private prescriptions will only be converted to NHS prescriptions if we referred you to the prescribing consultant.
